We are pleased to announce that our new Skyward Platform is now available for Parents, Guardians, and Students! Refer to our Skyward Parent/Guardians and Student Resource page located on the school & district web pages!
Accessing the New Skyward Platform:
To access the new Skyward Platform:
- Visit the District or School website.
- Click on the Skyward Family/Student button in the middle of the page.
- This will take you to the new login page:
- Parent and Guardian: Enter your username and password, then click Sign In.
- Students: Click on Sign in with 218 Account, enter your school email address and password.
Enhanced Security: Our new Skyward platform features enhanced security measures to protect your privacy. The school cannot access usernames or passwords directly.
Forgot Your Username or Password? Parents and Guardians, if you forget your username or password, click on the Forgot your Username or Password? link on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your credentials. Ensure your email matches the one associated with your student's Skyward record to receive the reset email.
Accessing Skyward Mobile Platform:
Parents and Guardians: To access the new Skyward Mobile Platform:
- Uninstall your current Skyward Mobile App.
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Skyward, and download/install the Skyward App.
- Open the Skyward app, create a 4-digit passcode, and confirm it.
- Search for "218" and select Community Hsd 218 in Oak Lawn, IL.
- Enter your Skyward Username and Password. If needed, click Forgot Username or Password? for assistance.
- Type "218" in the Account Description field and click Add Account.
- Allow notifications and continue within the app.
Students: To access the new Skyward Mobile Platform:
- Reinstall or Install Skyward via Self Service:
- Uninstall Skyward if already installed.
- Open Self Service, search for Skyward, and install or reinstall it.
- Open the Skyward app, create a 4-digit passcode, and confirm it.
- Search for "218" and select Community Hsd 218 in Oak Lawn, IL.
- Type "218" in the Account Description field.
- Choose Sign In with 218 Account.
- Enter your district email address ([email protected]) and password.
- Allow notifications and continue within the app.
Important Information: Please note that some areas on the new Skyward platform may be unavailable temporarily as we finalize registration.
Data Verification: This year, you can complete your 2024-25 Data Verification through your Skyward Family access, starting Monday, July 1, 2024. All verification should be completed by July 27, 2024. For guidance on completing Data Verification, please refer to your email or the school website.
