Director's Message

Welcome to Delta and Summit Learning Center. I am excited to start my first year as Director. I have been with Community High School District 218 since 2016. Before being named Director, I was an Assistant Principal at Shepard and a Dean at Eisenhower. In addition to having the privilege of working in CHSD 218, I served the students and parents of  Chicago Public Schools for 14 years as an assistant principal, teacher, and football coach.

This year, I look forward to working alongside our staff at Delta and Summit to meet the needs of the students of CHSD 218 who may benefit from our smaller learning environment, support services, flexible scheduling, credit recovery, and therapeutic opportunities.

I believe that all students can be successful. However, some students need additional support to reach their potential. To our students and parents, I invite you to partner with us in creating a pathway toward your success.
