Hello, I am a social worker for Summit Learning Center and have worked here since 2005. I received my undergraduate degree in Family Social Services from Northern Illinois University, with a minor in Business Administration, and my Masters in Social Work from George Williams College of Social Work at Aurora University. I enjoy woking closely with my students and their families to help address their concerns and needs both at school and in the community. I provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution and community referrals to resources. I enjoy engaging students in volunteer opportunities within the school and local communities and have also helped facilitate a variety of after school clubs and activities.
